For Young Leaders
It is of great interest throughout the church world to develop the assets and potential of young leaders. The future of Christian institutions and vibrant communities depends on emerging and young leaders. Leadership Education at Duke Divinity seeks to strengthen institutions and communities by developing the talent and skill of those who will succeed our current leaders. These programs are oriented toward leadership development among clergy and organizational leaders under the age of 35.
The Duke Youth Academy for Christian Formation is a two-week summer program for selected high school students to live in an intentional Christian community on the Duke University campus in Durham, N.C. Read more »
Foundations of Christian Leadership was developed out of a deep concern for the mission of the church’s various institutions. The program helps new and emerging leaders develop their capacity for fruitful leadership through individual assessments, personal coaching and reflections on the nature of organizations. Read more »
