Managing Director for Coordination Programs

Jodi serves as the Managing Director for Coordination Programs, bringing extensive experience leading coordination work for Lilly Endowment initiatives. The work that brings her the most joy is exactly this work: nurturing the diverse people and institutions that help churches be their best.

She was the director of the Youth Theology Network at the Forum for Theological Exploration (FTE), where she also supported the Campus Ministries Theological Exploration of Vocation (CMTEV) and Transition into Ministry coordination programs. She has served as an advisor in Thriving in Ministry, Thriving Congregations, and Compelling Preaching sustainability efforts. Most recently, Jodi was the grant director for a Pathways for Tomorrow project at Acadia Divinity College (ADC) in Nova Scotia, called the Futuring Lab, as well as the ADC Educationalist for a collaborative Pathways grant with NAIITS: An Indigenous Learning Community.

She holds an Ed.D. in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, an M.Th. in Applied Theology from the University of Oxford (Regent’s Park College), and a B.A. in Oxbridge Honors Religious Studies from William Jewell College. She and her family make their home in Durham.
