The Rev. Julia Riley is a co-pastor of Central United Methodist Church in Galveston, Texas, and a provisional elder in the Texas Conference of the UMC. She studied communication at the University of Texas at Austin, and received her master of divinity degree from Duke Divinity School. Prior to serving Central UMC, she worked in campus ministry.
