Adrian Miller is a food writer, attorney, certified barbecue judge and lifelong member of Campbell Chapel AME Church in Denver, Colorado. He is the executive director of the Colorado Council of Churches and the author of the James Beard Award-winning book “Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine, One Plate at a Time.” He previously served as a special assistant to President Bill Clinton and a senior policy analyst for Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter Jr.
