Beth Allison Barr is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author and the James Vardaman Professor of History at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where she specializes in medieval history, women’s history, and church history. She is the author of “Becoming the Pastor’s Wife” and “The Making of Biblical Womanhood.” She is also a Baptist pastor’s wife and the mother of two.
