Bryon L. Garner is a veteran of the U.S. Navy who is currently completing his Ph.D. in interdisciplinary studies at the Union Institute & University. Garner has presented and written about intersectionality, masculinity and patriotic identity. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University.
