Holly Beretto is a Houston-based writer who covers the arts, education, history and interesting personalities. A native New Englander, Beretto has lived in Texas for nearly 30 years. She is a communications and marketing strategist and has worked for a variety of nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. She’s currently the director of marketing and business development at a Houston law firm.
