Ismael Ruiz-Millán is the executive director of Connectional Ministries for the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. Prior to that, he served as Heritage District Superintendent of the North Carolina Conference. He is a United Methodist pastor and the former director of the Hispanic House of Studies, Global Education & Intercultural Formation at Duke Divinity School.
