Jasmine Terry Okafor is the Director of Reflective Leadership Support at the Forum for Congregational Life, where she helps congregational leaders build the practices, relationships and imagination sustainable ministry requires. Before joining the Forum, Jasmine spent over a decade at the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, most recently as Director of Foundation & Strategic Initiatives, where she directed philanthropic operations and convened national learning communities. She holds degrees from Agnes Scott College and Candler School of Theology at Emory University. Outside of work, Jasmine is active in her congregation, is the co-founder of an independent bookstore and sustainable fashion venture and is deeply committed to her family. She believes reflective practice fosters the kind of prophetic imagination leaders need to envision possibilities beyond their current constraints.
