Kate Rae Davis serves as executive director of the Center for Transforming Engagement at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, from which she earned her master of divinity. She earned her doctor of education in leadership and innovation from New York University.
Davis consults with teams to facilitate collaborative processes, writes grants, and publishes and speaks on spiritual leadership, community innovation and embodied practice. She works at the intersection of personal transformation and systems change, and partners with leaders and organizations seeking innovation rooted in deep spiritual and emotional wisdom.
