Melissa Musick Nussbaum is a columnist for National Catholic Reporter and Celebration magazine and the author of eight books on religion and spirituality. She studied at Grinnell College and St. Thomas Seminary, and was a college chaplain for nine years. Nussbaum is co-author, with her daughter Anna Keating, of “The Catholic Catalogue: A Field Guide to the Daily Acts That Make Up a Catholic Life,” published in February 2016.
