Ryan DeLapp
Psychologist
Ryan DeLapp, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and the founding director of the REACH Program at the Ross Center. He specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and third wave CBT therapies for anxiety, mood and behavioral disorders. He has published more than 20 articles and book chapters and made more than 50 presentations on assessing and treating cultural stress in diverse populations.
His REACH Program offers culturally responsive resources to help BIPOC youth and young adults pursue personal goals, through direct clinical care and partnerships with community organizations.
