The Rev. Theresa F. Latini is associate dean of diversity and cultural competency and professor of practical theology and pastoral care at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan. An ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), she is the author of “The Church and the Crisis of Community: A Practical Theology of Small-Group Ministry” (Eerdmans, 2011) and co-author of “Transforming Church Conflict: Compassionate Leadership in Action” (Westminster John Knox, 2013).
