Tommy Williams is senior minister of St Paul’s United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas. St Paul’s is in the heart of the Museum District of Houston, just south of downtown near Rice University and the Texas Medical Center. Having arrived in July of 2013, Williams came from serving in the same capacity at Westbury United Methodist Church, a multi-cultural congregation also in Houston.
