Vincent Joseph Kopp

Retired pediatrician and priest

The Rev. Dr. Vincent Joseph Kopp is a physician and Episcopal priest, retired from practice and parish ministry, living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is a licensed and board-certified pediatrician and anesthesiologist with primary care and academic medicine experience.

While on faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he taught medical ethics to undergraduate honors students, medical students and residents, in addition to fulfilling research, administrative and clinical care responsibilities. He is also an award-winning poet and author of “The Curious Wife” (2023, Trefoil Press).
