
Virginia O. (Ginger) Bassford

The Rev. Dr. Virginia O. (Ginger) Bassford serves as district superintendent of the North District, Central Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. She is author of articles and short stories as well as a book "Lord, I Love the Church and We Need Help!" She is a graduate of St. Edward's University in Austin (BLS), Perkins School of Theology at SMU in Dallas (M.Div), Texas Woman's University in Denton (PhD), and leadership programs at Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education.
